Building Info
Display all your building’s important documents and forms in a well organized, formatted layout. Residents can view the forms and download them in PDF format. MyBuilding.org will do all formatting, scanning, uploading and layout arrangements.
Package Tracking
Packages are entered using a bar code scanner - enabling accurate inventory management as well as provide residents with tracking number to track their packages online. Packages are signed out by residents with a signature pad - capturing signatures and storing them in our hosted database. Every staff member at the front desk has his/her own login, providing accountability to all actions in the package tracking system.

Maintenance Requests
Allow your residents to easily submit detailed, customized maintenance requests to management. All requests include permissions to enter, scheduling mechanisms, work order print outs, and an easy to use dashboard for management to track status of all pending and archived requests with printable reports by category.

Resident Contact Management Database
Allow your residents to easily update their personal information into a database which is easily accessible by management – including printable reports. Management can alert residents to re-update contact information upon need.
Forms and Reports
Access various forms and reports using data collected by the MyBuilding.org system – including statistics about packages, maintenance requests, residents’ data and much more.
Posting of Announcements
Easily post announcements on the residents’ portal. Announcements can include attached documents and images of any kind. Sort announcements in any order – and decide if the announcement should also show up in the lobby/mailroom package display screen.
Online Entry Permissions
Allow residents to easily enter and change their individual list of approved temporary or permanent guests (according to specific building policies). Residents can also upload pictures of guests – to be accessible by management and the Front Desk attendant.
Quick Messages to Residents
Easily send messages to specific units, or specific unit lines or floors – or the entire building. Messages are auto-forwarded to up to 3 email addresses per unit – as specified by residents.
Online Billing
Present the maintenance/common charge bill to residents automatically every month, in an online bill with your building/company logo. The bill can also include additional individual charges.
Building Documents
Post building-related documents for residents to view and download.
