One of our most popular features – residents can post items for sale and items wanted, including pictures of their items. Residents viewing those items can send a message to owners of items posted.
Service Providers
Generated by content submitted from residents – the Service Providers section include lists of babysitters, housekeepers, dog walkers and more. Residents can post reviews about each provider, and suggest new ones.
Neighborhood Discounts
The Neighboorhood Discounts section includes a rich selection of neighborhood, city-wide and national exclusive discounts for residents of the MyBuilding.org network. The exclusive discounts span from the neighborhood dry cleaner, to top delis, limo services, gift shops, parking garages, flower shops, fitness clubs and much more. Residents are issued a unique resident MyBuilding card for identification to redeem neighborhood discounts.
Events Calendar
Residents can view a calendar of neighborhood and city-wide events, which is continuously updated by the MyBuilding.org content staff. Board and management can add building-related events in the calendar.
Messaging
Residents each have a unique messagebox, and can send and receive messages from key functions in the building, including the Board, Managing Agent, Superintendent, Resident Manager, Concierge, and the Website Administrator. Messages are auto-forwarded to up to three email addresses entered by residents.
Online Concierge
Residents can order services such as such as ordering theater tickets, booking restaurant reservations, cleaning, pet sitting, apartment arrangement, and much more.
Local News
Residents can view a continuously updated stream of local news – including sports and other categories.
Building Documents
View, access and download important building-related documents posted by the Board and the Managing Agent.
